There’s nothing better than a beautiful summer day on the golf course with great people, and this year’s Steet Ponte Auto Group Annual Golf Tournament delivered all of that and more! This year, our annual tournament was held at Holland Heights Golf Course in Herkimer, NY, bringing together team members and friends from across the Steet Ponte Auto Group for a day of golf, food, prizes and plenty of fun. We were proud to have representation from all of our Steet Ponte stores, along with several of the businesses we’re fortunate to work with throughout the year, including New Hartford Window Cleaning and Zeibart. It was a great opportunity to step away from the dealerships, enjoy some friendly competition and spend time together outside of the office. A huge thank-you goes to Barb Mazzotta of Steet Ponte Mazda, who coordinated this year’s tournament and put together an incredible day for everyone who attended. From the moment golfers hit the course, there was something to look forward to! Golfers were treated to hot dogs and hamburgers at the turn, a drink tent to keep everyone refreshed throughout the day, and tons of prizes provided by our manufacturers and Steet Ponte stores. In fact, everyone went home with something! And, of course, the day wasn’t complete without a great meal. After finishing up on the course, everyone gathered for dinner at Holland Heights, giving us the perfect opportunity to relax, share some laughs and wrap up an unforgettable day. We couldn’t have asked for better weather or a better group of people to spend the day with. Events like this are a great reminder of what makes the Steet Ponte Auto Group special—not only the dealerships and brands we represent, but the people who make up our team and the business relationships we’ve built throughout our community. We also want to give a special shoutout to Valerie Rinaldi of Steet Ponte Ford Lincoln for helping make this event such a success the day of! Thank you to Barb, Valerie, our participating stores, our business partners, our manufacturers and everyone who came out to golf with us. We’re already looking forward to next year! Until then, we’ll see you on the course! ⛳

Whether you’re a first-time Toyota owner or have been driving Toyota vehicles for years, understanding the essentials of vehicle care can help you enjoy a safe, reliable, and rewarding ownership experience. At Steet Toyota of Johnstown, we’re committed to helping you get the most from your Toyota every mile of the way! One of the best ways to protect your investment is to follow your Toyota maintenance schedule. Regular oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and inspections help ensure peak performance and can prevent costly repairs down the road. Our service team is always happy to help you stay on track with factory-recommended maintenance. If you’re considering a Toyota SUV or truck, you may be comparing AWD vs. 4WD. All-wheel drive automatically adjusts power delivery to improve traction in changing road conditions, while four-wheel drive is designed to provide enhanced capability for off-road adventures and challenging terrain. In many 4WD vehicles, a transfer case is the component that distributes power from the transmission to the front and rear axles, allowing all four wheels to work together when additional traction is needed. Proper tire care is equally important. Most Toyota models should have their tires rotated every 5,000 to 7,500 miles, or according to the maintenance schedule in your owner’s manual. Routine rotations promote even tire wear, improve handling, and help maximize tire life. Your Toyota’s dashboard is designed to keep you informed about your vehicle’s condition. Taking the time to learn the meaning of common Toyota warning lights can help you address maintenance needs promptly and avoid potential issues before they become more serious. For hybrid owners and shoppers, Toyota hybrid battery life is often a key consideration. Toyota’s hybrid batteries are built for long-term durability, and many continue to perform exceptionally well for well over 150,000 miles with proper care and maintenance. Finally, modern Toyota vehicles offer peace of mind through Toyota Safety Sense, a suite of advanced driver-assistance technologies that may include features such as Pre-Collision System, Lane Departure Alert, and Dynamic Radar Cruise Control. Understanding how these systems work can help you make the most of the safety features designed to protect you and your passengers. From routine maintenance to understanding your vehicle’s technology, the team at Steet Toyota of Johnstown is here to support you throughout your ownership journey. Visit us for expert service, genuine Toyota parts, and answers to all your Toyota ownership questions.
