Recently I brought my older SUV to Steet Toyota to be fixed because I did not want to go back to the deal who originally sold it to me, the people in service, especially Mike Ward, worked hard to figure out what was wrong with my vehicle, unfortunately, what ended up being the problem was going to cost me more to fix than to just junk the vehicle. So I decided to speak to a salesman and test drive a Camry. Since my parents were going to be helping me purchase a new car, I wanted my dad to rest drive it before I made any decisions. David Sanjurjo, the salesman, was kind enough to let me drive it home for my dad to see and drive. I brought it back later that day, we talked numbers, but did not make us feel pressured to purchase. In the end David was able to get the price down to a figure that was "doable" for us. He was a great salesman and seemed to genuinely care about his customers and their wallets. Eric, who sold me the additional warranty, was also very friendly and did not make us feel like we had to purchase the extended warranty. However, after the problems my SUV had, we decided it would be a good idea! I had a great experience at Steet Toyota in Johnstown, NY and would recommend that particular dealership and those people to work with! Thank you!
